Section 35
To work in the designated place
: (1) According to this Act, students who have studied under reservation or scholarship must work in backward areas for the period specified by the institution.
(2) A student studying on a scholarship of an agency or organization should work for a certain period of time in order to receive such a scholarship, if the agency or organization providing the scholarship has stipulated a condition, and if no such condition has been imposed, work for the entire period as per sub-section (1). will fall.
(3) According to section 33, the students who have been admitted on priority basis of the institution must work in backward areas for the period specified by the institution.
(4) Students who study under the reservation as per sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 32 and priority or scholarship as per section 33 and 34, the institution shall only allow such students to complete the period mentioned in sub-section (1), (2) or (3) after working. Permanent certificate of educational qualification will be given.
(5) The institution may make necessary arrangements to encourage other students studying in the institution to work in health institutions in backward areas after their studies, except for students who study under reservation, priority or scholarship as per section 32, 33 and 34.
